I purchased a dining room hutch and buffet from Woodcraft over 20 years ago and when we sold our home this past November 2017, the purchaser insisted we include the Woodcraft furniture in the purchase price...The fact that the buyer of our home wanted the Woodcraft 25 year old furniture included is a testament to the quality and attractiveness of their products.

I have NEVER experienced a delivery truck being on time

“Greetings Woodcraft, I found your company on the internet. Ironically I work about 5 minutes away, but found you when I was scanning the Internet for dining room chairs. I prefer buying furniture from smaller companies like yours because I find the quality of the product is far superior to what I may find at a box store and the service, too, is exceptional. I also prefer furniture made in Canada.
On the day of delivery, I was shocked. I have NEVER experienced a delivery truck being on time. Well, I was completely shocked (and embarrassed at being the tardy one) when the delivery truck was waiting for me at 4:35.
From the visits to your store to the delivery of the product to the quality of the chairs, Woodcraft has far exceed my expectations. I plan to share my positive experience with others. And I also plan to enjoy many years with these beautiful dining room chairs.
